The Central Committee Meeting of Canara Bank Employees’ Union was held at Bengaluru on May 8 & 9, 2025.

Com C H Venkatachalam, General Secretary, AIBEA addressed on the contemporary issues afflicting the working class.
Com M Jayanath, General Secretary, KPBEF greeted.
Com B Ramprakash, General Secretary, CBEU presented the activities after the previous CC and discussion note.
CC members from all the States deliberated.
Com Anirudh Kumar, Joint Secretary, AIBEA and Com K Srikrishna, Treasurer, AIBEA spoke.
General Secretary replied to the deliberations and chalked out elaborate plans for yearlong Platinum Jubilee Celebrations which was endorsed by the Committee.
The following co-options in the existing vacancies, proposed by General Secretary were approved by CC unianimously.
Com Dilip N Potle (Secretary) was elevated to the post of Deputy General Secretary; Com E Ravichandra Reddy (Asst. Sec) as Secretary; Com B Sanjay Ram (CC Member) as Asst. Secretary; Com M A S D Mahendra as CC Member; Com Bhupesh Kumar Sharma and Com Sameer Ahuja as CC Members.
Com Ravideep Chaturvedi (DGS) was inducted as a CNT member.
